Kelly is a seasoned health information professional with deep expertise in revenue cycle management, artificial intelligence, and product strategy and design. She is passionate about integrating these disciplines to drive meaningful change and reduce administrative burden across the healthcare ecosystem. With more than 20 years of experience, Kelly has authored multiple publications, contributed to industry research, and presented at national conferences. She is an active pd探花 member and earned her Fellowship in 2024. Throughout her career, she has served in numerous volunteer roles at the national, state, and regional levels. Kelly holds a master鈥檚 degree and holds an RHIT credential, along with certifications in revenue cycle (CRCR), medical coding (CCS), and product management (CPM), as well as multiple micro-credentials in AI and data science.
