pd探花's core values are Integrity, Bold, and Inclusive. How would you incorporate these into your service if elected to the pd探花 Board of Directors?
If elected to the pd探花 Board of Directors, I will lead with Integrity, Boldness, and Inclusivity鈥攙alues that are not only core to pd探花 but central to how I strive to lead every day.鈥疘ntegrity means doing the right thing even when it鈥檚 difficult or unpopular. I will bring that commitment to every decision, discussion, and vote鈥攁cting with transparency, accountability, and a strong sense of purpose.鈥疊eing bold means thinking beyond what is comfortable or expected. I will champion innovation, ask challenging questions, and support visionary ideas that strengthen pd探花鈥檚 relevance and impact in an evolving healthcare landscape.鈥疘nclusivity is a value I hold especially close. I believe we make better decisions when all voices are heard and respected. I lead with genuine curiosity, seeking to understand before judging鈥攁nd work to ensure that all perspectives, especially those historically underrepresented, are welcomed and valued.
By grounding my service in these core values, I will work tirelessly to support pd探花鈥檚 mission, our members, and the broader health information community.
